Love is in the air. Every year in August, Copenhagen comes alive with rainbow flags to celebrate Pride Week. It is a festive occasion to celebrate and support LGBTQ issues and rights. There are many activities that people can participate in to be a part of PRIDE WEEK and show your support, including parades, concerts, talk, events and parties. Denmark was the first country in the world to legalise same-sex unions, so there is a very open and sharing atmosphere around Pride Week. It’s a very special week that celebrates love and diversity.
